All writers get a bit paranoid about their own writing right? Getting such wonderful comments from you all always makes me feel really happy and sometimes pretty damn relieved too. But then there's other things I've written/have thought of writing where I think 'I really don't think people will like this' for one reason or another, or I'll read someone else fic and think 'This was awesome, but I'd never have to guts to write something so bold/controversial, what if people didn't like it'.

So I thought...if you guys didn't mind...I'd maybe ask a few questions just to get an overall idea of what the people currently visiting my journal thought? There's only 7 short questions, so if you have the time I would really, really appreciate some feedback. I've allowed anonymous commenting and IP logging is off so if for any reason you'd rather answer anonymously that's cool :D

1. Apart from JunDa, what other pairings are you interested in reading?
2. What is your preferred genre?
3. What is your preferred fic length? Drabble/one-shot/multichapter
4. What would you consider a reasonable word-count for a chapter of a multichapter?
5. Are there any themes/fetishes you would not read? Eg. rape/non con, BDSM, character death, cross-dressing...etc
6. What age do you consider too young for a) explicit sexual content b) implied sexual content? (Ok this question makes me sound kind of weird...but before you go calling the police, I just ask because many of you guys are from different parts of the world where age of consent/adulthood is different and can range anywhere from around 13-18 so I just wanted to know what the consensus is between you guys)
7. Lastly...is there anything else you want to tell me/complain about regarding my writing? Eg. anything I do that is irritating/do I overuse certain words/is the inconsistency between English/American spelling off-putting/am I too whiny?

Hi! I've been following your fic, Baby Blue and it was actually this fic that made me interested in JunDa. So, my answers to your questions are..
1. Akame, RyoKame and RyoDa.
2. As for genre, I tend to read more angst, drama and humor.
3. Multichapters are the best! (makes me excited to see updates.^^)
4. I'm not really particular of the wordcount as long as the chapter is cohesive with the rest of the story.
5. Tbh, I don't like to read m-preg and girl!Ueda or girl!Kame.
6. a) 17 and below, I guess. b) 13 for implied. This is just my opinion..
7. Honestly..you're too whiny. LOL! Seriously, I like your writing style..the way you write your characters and the change of POVs make your stories easy to follow. I've read a few fanfictions before that were written obscurely and sometimes leave the reader confused, which is not good if a writer wants to continue to have readers.
So..I've pretty much taken up more space than necessary but I hope my answers were okay.^^

01. Aside from JunDa I like to read fluffy (ok, and smutty XD) KoKame fics, and I have to admit that I'm interested in reading KoDa.
02. Preferred genre... Romance (both fluffy and smutty), and I like to read a good angsty story!
03. The length doesn't matter as long as the plot is interesting.
04. ~2000 I guess.
05. Right now I can't think of anything I wouldn't read as long as the summary is convincing. XD
06. a) younger than 16, b) younger than 12
07. Honestly, there's nothing I can think about. As I said, I love your writing as it is! =)

I totally agree on the making guys into girls thing :S I don't really understand it...If the writing/story is good I'll read cross-dress fics (and I've even written one myself :S though I have no idea where the inspiration to write it came from lol) but really...isn't the point of yaoi that they're guys :S lol IDK

Oh you have a little sister? Lol, it's really sweet that you're so protective of her! And it's good that you have your own views on that kind of thing :)

If it ain't JunDa... I don't read it although of recent, I've been crushing on RyoShige... because they are as weird as JunDa.

Fic length - well I like drabbles (as you know)... multichaps I'll read But I'm always still hesitant to read them...

As to fic genre - I'll probably read anything but mpreg, pointless smut, sex switch, and well I like angst to a degree - but not the type such as death fics, or someone loosing a limb or blind or anything physical... nor would I read rape, incest of any of the sort... since I don't find them entertaining, even if they are well written and I trust the author's abilities, once I see the mention of it in summaries I don't read.

Anyway, all in all, write what you want to write... even if your regular readers won't read it, then you'll to get new readers who like that type of genre.

Well JunDa really can't be beaten so I can understand that :D But ooh, RyoShige? I don't think I've even come across that pairing before :S

Ahh, I know how you feel about multichaps, but I have promised myself I'm not going to start posting any multichap until I'm far enough through writing it to know I'll finish it...there's nothing worse than having a multichap you're reading get dropped :(

If there's one thing I've learned about myself since I started writing fic - it's that I'm more messed up in the head than I had thought :( Some of the things I've started writing are pretty darn dark :( but I don't know yet if they're too dark for me to post. I'll be sure to add in lots of fluffy drabbles though to keep me sane :D And hopefully to appease you too *hugs*

Lol, I will likely just go ahead and write what I would have written anyways, but at the same time I don't want to change my direction completely and put off my current readers (I'm still butt-hurt over my favorite band from years ago changing their style to something I didn't like >_< ) cos I love my current reader-base :D You guys are the best :D

01. Inside the fandom of Johnny's entertainment? I think I just love KAT-TUN lol so... KokixJunno (Kokunno-Junko?), Kokame (KokixKame), KamexJunno (Kameno), MaruxJunno (Maruno?), NTT (lol), Tanakamaru (KokixMaru).

02. smut and fluff and a mixture of them :)

03. One shots are my preference but if the fic is interesting I wont hesitate to follow multi-chapters.

04. it doesn't really matter for me. Any length will be allright.

05. rapes and character death are quite harsh themes so those ones...

06. 13 of course. 18 year old is a reasonable age to read those topics.

07. NOTHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT! :D

So this is my first time to write a comment in this LJ of yours ;)

I would be honest that I haven't tried reading the entirety of the fics that you have written for the fact that I think you know -- NC17 stuff Lol. So, let's make it a challenge for you to write me a fluff one-shot of Junno x Maru? =D A hetero themed fic of them can be interesting too? Yes? No? xD

challenge accepted!! Lol, I'll see what I can do this weekend :D Were you thinking like a nice, fluffy, friendship style fic?

Hehe, I don't blame you for not reading most of my fics - I know that smut isn't for everyone, lol, I think I'm just a bit too dirty-minded >_< I'll be sure and try to get more fluffy drabbles written though!!

And as for your other question, JunDa is still going to be my main pairing but I think it'd be fun to play with other pairings only I haven't decided on any particular ones so far. Maybe when I start writing/posting some...if you didn't mind terribly...maybe you could, pretty please...start looking for pictures of the other pairings together...maybe? Please? I would still want JunDa to be the kinda forefront of it though :D
